Insurance
All our vehicles are insured for civil liability. However, for any damage other than the theft of the vehicle, fire, broken glass, civil liability and persons transported (PAI), a non-redeemable capped deductible remains the responsibility of the driver in the event that his partial or full liability is incurred. For any accident, a report is mandatory.
Diesel option
The vehicle is delivered with ¼ of diesel and must be returned to the same level.

Our prices include unlimited KM, lubricants and vehicle maintenance, delivery / recovery at Rabat-Salé airport
Our prices are expressed in euros and in dirhams also the payment made in cash and on site.

Vehicle use
The name of the renter indicated on the Rental Agreement is that of the main driver, who must be present when the Rental Agreement is signed and to whom the costs related to the rental are invoiced.
Rental with driver
This service is provided at the customer's request, please specify it at the time of booking for a personalized quote.
Vehicle Drivers
Long-term rental (LLD)
- Very advantageous rates are offered for rentals of more than one month.
- Daily rates are calculated on a 24 hour basis.
- Weekly rates are calculated on the basis of 7 consecutive days.

Also named a security deposit, the latter corresponds to the amount you prepaid at the time of booking, either that You will pay when you collect the Vehicle or when you return the Vehicle. This security deposit takes the form of a bank pre-authorization.
The amount of this security deposit is determined according to several criteria such as the category of Vehicle that You are renting, the Rental Period and any additional mobility services that you will subscribe to when you collect the Vehicle. Other features of your reservation may also affect the amount of the security deposit.
What profile and age should I have as a driver?
The driver must be at least 23 years old and hold a driving license with a minimum of 2 years of service. Only the driver designated in the contract can take the wheel.
What should I do when picking up the car?
A deposit will be requested once you arrive at the pick-up point for your rental vehicle. The amount of the said deposit will be blocked (not debited) on your payment card at the time of pick-up or, in the event of online check-in.
How quickly should I return the car?
The period for returning the rental car is granted by the period determined in the contract, except for a conventional extension granted by the lessor. In the absence of return by the agreed deadline, the latter reserves the right to take back the vehicle wherever it is, at the expense of the tenant.
What should I do in the event of an accident, mechanical breakdown or theft of the vehicle?
In the event of an accident, you must inform the departing automotive-services agency and, if applicable, the local police authorities at the latest within a maximum period of five (5) working days and submit, within the same period, or send an amicable accident report to automotive-services.
In case of cancellation, what should I do?
In the event of cancellation, the down payments remain with the automotive-services company.
If the car is returned before the scheduled end date of the reservation, the customer will not benefit from any refund for the remaining period.
In which cases can additional costs be invoiced?
In particular, Automotive-services may invoice the CUSTOMER, as the case may be, for expenses related to:
ANY damage or loss caused to the vehicle, the cover of which is not justified and / or provided by THE CUSTOMER with the costs of immobilizing the vehicle, the amount of which results from the application of the current type of costs.
The amount paid by Automotive-services for fines, administrative management expenses and legal costs for each procedure arising from traffic offenses or violations of the law by any authorized driver, including penalties related to late payment by the CUSTOMER .
Damage caused by the negligence of the CUSTOMER, which expressly includes loss of keys, fuel filling errors, loss of accessories and / or instruments inside the vehicle.
